Hi, my name is Morgan, and I am a junior at Howard University studying International Business with a concentration in marketing. I have always known that whatever I do in life will include doing something that intertwines art and fashion. Thanks to my mother, I have a deep appreciation for art, history, and fashion and being able to share my gift with the world. Outside of my love for art and fashion, I am also the proud owner of my hair company, Magnolia Hair Extensions.

How has attending an HBCU set you up for success?

How are you looking to contribute to the professional world upon graduation?
I look forward to contributing my creativity and ideas to the professional world after graduation. I would consider myself an imaginative person, and I could bring a lot of fresh ideas to the professional world.
What is your dream job?

How do you express your personal sense of style through fashion?
I express myself through fashion by wearing many colors, mostly pinks and oranges, and I typically wear a lot of prints and things with a lot of texture. But other than that, I wear anything that speaks to me and mix certain things that sometimes seem like they wouldn't go together.
What role will you play in the future of fashion?
The role I want to play in the future of fashion is to be an innovator within the industry and be an out-of-the-box thinker when it comes to fashion, whether through upcycling used textiles or creating new and exciting silhouettes.
